Class Descriptions
CORE: 30 minutes of abs and lower back using the balance ball, medicine ball, and bands
GENTLE YOGA: Try this 45 minute stretching and relaxation class based on the chair and the floor.
PILATES: A total body conditioning exercise method combining flexibility and strength. 30 minute mat class
STEP: combination of floor and step – 60 minutes
STRETCH AND TONE: This is a 30 minute class using stretching poses to increase flexibility and strength
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING (TBC): This is a 30 or 60 minute class combining weight training and basic step moves.
WOMEN ON WEIGHTS: Here is a great total body toning class- not much cardio
TURBO-TONE: WOMEN ON WEIGHTS plus cardio
YOGA: toning, stretching, relaxation
