Mercy Therapy and Fitness Class Schedule

Class Descriptions

CORE: 30 minutes of abs and lower back using the balance ball, medicine ball, and bands

GENTLE YOGA: Try this 45 minute stretching and relaxation class based on the chair and the floor.

PILATES: A total body conditioning exercise method combining flexibility and strength. 30 minute mat class

STEP: combination of floor and step – 60 minutes

STRETCH AND TONE:  This is a 30 minute class using stretching poses to increase flexibility and strength

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING (TBC):  This is a 30 or 60 minute class combining weight training and basic step moves.

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS: Here is a great total body toning class- not much cardio

TURBO-TONE: WOMEN ON WEIGHTS plus cardio

 

YOGA:  toning, stretching, relaxation

 

 

IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE A CLASS PRIOR, GIVE IT A TRY!!!  IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO LEARN SOME OF THE MOVES IN THE BEGINNING BUT YOU WILL LEARN! These classes are great for overall fitness and it is to your benefit to change your workout routine often to maintain effectiveness.
